Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms are between you and Ordinary Random Objects AB (Swedish company registration number 559539-2399, VAT ID SE559539239901), trading as Tilligo.

By creating an account, accepting these Terms, starting checkout, or using Tilligo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service

Tilligo provides a dashboard and embeddable accessibility preference widget. The widget helps visitors adjust supported pages, but it does not guarantee legal compliance or replace accessibility audits, remediation, testing, or accessible product work.

3. Accounts

• Tilligo is offered only to businesses, public bodies, and other organizations acting for purposes related to their trade, business, or profession. It is not offered to consumers acting primarily outside a business activity.
• You must provide accurate account and organization information.
• You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.
• You must keep authorized domains and widget configuration accurate.

4. Subscription, Trials, and Billing

4.1 Trial availability

Starter, Pro, and Business include a 10-day free trial for new checkout-created organizations. A valid payment method is required unless separately agreed in writing. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the selected monthly or annual subscription starts automatically and the saved payment method is charged. The price, billing interval, and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm checkout.

4.2 Plans and recommended site scale

• Starter: $3/month (Billed annually: $36/year, ex. VAT) - Recommended for up to 5,000 monthly interactions; No automatic charges or service restrictions.
• Pro: $10/month (Billed annually: $120/year, ex. VAT) - Recommended for up to 50,000 monthly interactions; No automatic charges or service restrictions.
• Business: $30/month (Billed annually: $360/year, ex. VAT) - Recommended for up to 200,000 monthly interactions; No automatic charges or service restrictions.

4.3 Usage guidance

Interaction figures are guidance for choosing a plan, not an automatically enforced allowance. Tilligo may contact you about sustained activity that is materially above the selected plan's recommendation. Public widget telemetry is an unauthenticated estimate and is never used by itself to create an invoice, change entitlements, disable the widget, or otherwise restrict access.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Stripe or an order form states otherwise. Expired trials enter a 7-day grace period before suspension.

4.5 Refunds

Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Tilligo confirms a duplicate or incorrect charge. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

4.6 Taxes

Prices exclude VAT and other applicable taxes. You must provide accurate legal, billing, location, and VAT information. Taxes, exemptions, and reverse-charge treatment are determined from the information provided and any validated tax identifier.

5. Customer Website Responsibilities

You are responsible for your website, visitor notices, cookie/storage disclosures, consent management, accessibility obligations, and decisions about which widget controls to enable. Customers using Tilligo with personal data should review the DPA, Cookie Policy, and Subprocessor list before production use.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Do not attempt to bypass API keys, domain restrictions, rate limits, or other service safeguards.
• Do not interfere with the service or other customers.

7. Widget License

During an active trial, grace period, or paid subscription, Tilligo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to embed the widget on authorized domains. The license ends when your account is cancelled, suspended, or terminated.

8. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We try to communicate material operational changes in advance when practical.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tilligo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or similar losses.

Tilligo's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the fees paid or payable to Tilligo during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and SEK 10,000.

The liability exclusions and cap do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, your payment obligations, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Data Protection

The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, DPA page, and Subprocessor list explain current data processing surfaces. A signed or electronically accepted DPA may be required before production use involving personal data.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law, regulation, or security requirements.

For material changes, we will normally give at least 30 days' advance notice by email or in the dashboard and summarize the changes. A change that materially reduces your rights or increases your obligations will not apply during an existing subscription term without your explicit acceptance. Otherwise, it takes effect no earlier than the next renewal after the notice period. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

Minor clarifications and changes required urgently by law or security may take effect on the date stated in the notice. We may ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use affected parts of the service.
